Ms Botsang Ramorwa is an accomplished investment professional with over 14 years’ experience in private equity, corporate finance, and project finance across South Africa and the broader African continent. She has a strong track record in developing and executing investment strategies, structuring complex transactions, and driving value creation across portfolio companies.

Ms Ramorwa is highly skilled in balancing risk and return, cultivating partnerships with general and limited partners, and mentoring emerging talent in the private equity space. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance and holds the following academic qualifications from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg:

•Master of Commerce in Finance

•Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance

•Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics

She has also completed the Private Market Investment Programme at Oxford Saïd Business School and holds CFA Level I certification from the CFA Institute. Throughout her career, Ms Ramorwa has actively contributed to various boards, bringing strategic insight and financial acumen to governance and investment oversight
