Ms Chawada K. Moseki is a seasoned and highly accomplished practitioner in Strategy, Organisational Development, Change and Transformation, with over 19 years’ expertise spanning strategic human resources management, human capital transformation, organisational design and restructuring, change management, and business process optimisation. She also brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on people, process, and change management integration.

Ms Moseki has held senior management roles for more than 12 years, currently serving at Hollard Insurance, following leadership positions at Letshego Africa Holdings Limited, Debswana Diamond Company, Air Botswana, and Botswana Postal Services.

She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Botswana. A Chartered Talent Practitioner, she is also an alumna of the McKinsey Executive Leadership Development Programme and holds a suite of professional certifications, including:
